Their lives have been transformed. So can yours.

What does living a life of true abundance in Christ look like?

PLL alumni share their own stories of life change.

Barbara

Barbara

Barbara ached for connection.

I’ve felt that ache….a longing for genuine, authentic relationships. To be seen and known. To
drop the mask of performance to please or impress others.

Barbara started searching. She permanently stepped out of a career in an industry she was dedicated to for 3 decades because she no longer felt her values were supported. She stepped out of her church looking for a more genuine sense of God’s love. She wanted God to be a vital part of her life and knew there must be others who shared her desire.

Greg

Greg

Greg Experienced Freedom Spiritually and Physically

Iron sharpens iron is a familiar verse within Christian circles, but Greg Tosi says he got to see it played out firsthand (and for the first time) during his course with Promised Land Living. He says the kind of discipleship he received through the group meetings, homework, and coaching was the type of community and discipleship that is missing in so many churches – and something that so many believers crave.

John & Lee Ellen

John & Lee Ellen

John and Lee Ellen have been married over 50 years. They’ve led busy and rich lives, yet for John, something was missing. He felt stuck, but couldn’t quite put his finger on it. From the outside he was checking all the boxes. He had a great job, served on multiple boards, was active at church… so what was missing?

Tami

Tami

Tami always had a role to play in church. First she was a pastor’s daughter, then a pastor’s wife. This was a role she loved and felt honored to carry, but with it came expectations, leadership, and responsibility.

When she and her husband began to plant churches several years ago, she discovered she was pouring quite a bit out and needed an avenue to replenish. She needed somewhere she could show up and just be Tami, not a leader or the pastor’s wife.

Shawn

Shawn

“There’s no crying in baseball.”

That was Shawn’s mantra. No emotions.

Shawn was an active duty army man for 12 years, and a national guardsman for 13 years after that. He was trained in the army to think a certain way: No emotions.

Jovy & Vincent

Jovy & Vincent

Jovy and Vincent are a powerful couple in the Kingdom, and the enemy knows it. That’s why they’ve had to fight for their marriage, their family, and their faith on an intense level. But before the warfare began, they were just two best friends, one a Christian, the other a Buddhist, and each trying to find their way in the world.

Tracy

Tracy

PLL helped me out of what was very much a death. I had parked myself in a tomb on a sit-down strike. They were gracefully walking me through that in a group setting, which was really unusual. It’s very difficult for me to get intimate with people on a Zoom call that I’d never met, but it’s all I had. So I just dove right in…

LaShanda

LaShanda

Promised Land Living is for someone who is thirsty, who is hungry for more. They can’t quite name it or figure out what it is, but there’s just an unction, something that’s pulling at them that they need more… It’s just something in them that wants to go deeper. Tired of being on the shallow end, tired of the surface. Tired of the superficial. Tired of artificial. I want something supernatural and I want it now.

Julie

Julie

Julie got involved with Promised Land Living because of her husband’s enthusiasm for the program. She saw the availability for an evening class and wanted to discover what all the hype was about! It didn’t take long for Julie to find the value in it. While going through the topic of lies, she found some that she was believing — and this alone was life-changing — but it was only the beginning for her.

Blake

Blake

Blake is a wife of 28 years, a mother of two teen boys, and at one point, saw being overweight as a part of her identity. She recognized the need for a radical life shift when her sister lost 35 lbs, and she found healing from the pain in her joints.
