Great news! Your feedback convinced us that we need to do this again and at the same locale. We are booked for June 6-8, 2025, at the same venue, Catholic Conference Center in Hickory, NC. What a lovely locale!
To quantify what happened at CPAK 2024 would be difficult. Yet, what is stored in my heart on behalf of each of you is very real. Very tangible. And very lasting. I hope to experience the same thing with you this year.
The Coach Presenter Annual Kickoff (CPAK) is a time for us to gather to fuel our work of discipleship through Promised Land Living. We connected deeply with each other through our sharing of our stories, exploring ideas for filling courses, and brainstorming how we can continue to better accomplish our mission.

Location: 1551 Trinity Ln, Hickory, NC 28602
Dates: Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8, 2025
Arrival: Please arrive after 3 pm ET Friday, June 6, 2025. Your room will not be available before 3 pm. We will have our welcome reception to connect with one another from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Dinner is at 6:00 pm and our first main session starts at 7:00 pm.
Departure: 11 am ET Sunday, June 8, 2025
Cost: The ministry will cover your food and lodging expenses Friday night through Sunday morning. Your only cost is your transportation. If cost of transportation is a hardship, please contact Cheryl Scanlan directly to discuss.
Cancellation: Please note that while the event is free there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your registration after May 15, 2025 to help us defray costs based on contractual commitments.
Recommended Airport: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
Rides to and from the Airport: Due to a generous donation from Martin Lombrano and his company, Primary Advisors, PLL will cover your Uber fees to and from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). We request that you ride share with another CPAK participant.
Need to arrive Thursday Night? For anyone who wants to arrive a day early, you can book a room at the Catholic Conference Center Thursday night and be able to stay in that same room through CPAK. To book a room, please fill out the form on this page (https://catholicconference.org/contact-us/) to let them know you are an early arrival for Promised land living and would like to reserve a room. If you arrive before 5pm on Thursday, staff will be available to check you in. After 5pm you will be able to self check in with door codes. Meals are not included until Friday night.
