Description: This PLL Course for Married Couples consists of 13 sessions that explore the transformational process from examining our preconceived thoughts and beliefs in living small to moving into new thoughts about possibility and abundant living. This course takes place in a small group setting and involves group coaching.

1. Parties:

This is an agreement (the “Agreement”) between the person named above (referred to as 'Participant’) and the individual Coach Presenter assigned to your chosen course (referred to as 'Coach Presenter' or 'CP'). Promised Land Living LLC (“PLL”), and its affiliated entities, are not a party to this Agreement, and Participant agrees and acknowledges that Promised Land Living LLC is merely a match-making service facilitating the relationship between Participant and Coach Presenter. Participant expressly acknowledges that nothing herein shall be construed as to give rise to any enforceable duties against PLL.

2. Hold Harmless

PLL is a third-party facilitator of courses. In this capacity, PLL does not have any responsibility to Participant. Participant agrees to release PLL from any liabilities that may arise hereunder this Agreement as a result of its participation in the course(s) and look solely to the Coach Presenter.
